CrossFit Training Yard is home of 13x CrossFit Games competitor Becca Voigt (our fearless leader!) who brings over a decade of experience in the sport into our gym as the owner and head coach. Becca, her staff, and our long-time members have cultivated Training Yard’s strong and diverse culture. While we continue to evolve, our hearts are rooted in the belief that fitness should be functional, fun, and make you better in all areas of your life.¬†Aside from building better humans, we also strive to nurture a community of like-minded individuals who support, encourage, motivate, and assist one another in reaching their personal fitness goals.

We are committed to maintaining high standards and practice the ethos of Mechanics and Consistency before Intensity. Meaning we will ensure you understand and perform the movements correctly and safely, before adding the high intensity that CrossFit is known for. Our goal is to improve your general physical preparedness, for the long-term, not just to put you through a hard workout of the day. Becca expertly designs each element, of every class to increase your overall fitness, and better prepare you to handle the demands life may throw your way.
